What types of properties do you offer?
We specialize in two types of rentals:
1. Modern apartments with contemporary designs, fully furnished, and equipped with modern amenities.
2. Traditional Hội An houses, offering authentic Vietnamese architecture and cultural charm.
What is the minimum rental period?
Our rental periods vary by property but are typically available for 3 months, or 6 months. Shorter and longer stays may be arranged on request.
Do I need to pay a security deposit?
Yes. We require a security deposit equal to one month’s rent, payable at the start of the lease. This is refundable at the end of the rental period, provided there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear, and rent and utilities are paid up to date.
Can I view the property before renting?
Absolutely. We encourage viewings before making any rental commitment.
What’s included in the rent?
Most properties include furniture and basic appliances. Utilities (electricity, water, internet) may be included or billed separately depending on the property. We will clearly outline these details before you sign a lease. Regular cleaning may also be included.
How do I reserve a property?
Once you’ve chosen a property, we’ll prepare a rental agreement. To secure the property, you’ll need to sign the contract and pay the first month’s rent plus the security deposit.
Are short-term stays (less than 1 month) available?
Generally, our rentals start at 3 months minimum, although there are exceptions. For stays shorter than that, we may recommend serviced apartments or homestays instead.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes. If you’d like to stay longer, simply let us know in advance. Extensions are subject to property availability.
Do the houses and apartments allow pets?
This depends on the property. Some landlords are pet-friendly, while others are not. We can help you find the best option if you’re moving with pets.
How do I pay rent?
Rent is typically paid monthly in advance, either in cash (Vietnamese Dong) or by bank transfer, depending on the landlord’s preference.
